Pre-school Sessions Fees & Charges
Pre-school sessions are based on a 3 hour session of learning through play including child initiated/led play and practitioner led group activities in accordance with the EYFS taken between the hours of 9-3pm.
Children aged 2-3 yrs
Morning Session 9am-12 noon (£4.10p/hr) £12.30
Afternoon Session 12 noon – 3pm (£4.10p/hr) £12.30
Children aged 3-4 yrs
Morning Session 9am-12 noon (£4.00p/hr) £12.00
Afternoon Session 12 noon- 3pm (£4.00p/hr) £12.00
An extra hour may be added at the normal hourly rate at the end of the morning session for lunch and further activities.

8 weeks prior notice must be given in writing before withdrawal of a child. There is no charge for Bank Holidays or for when the nursery is on an agreed holiday closure. The nursery will be closed for approximately 1 week at Christmas. Details of closure dates will be published in our newsletters and on-line. The pre-school will run in line with the Local Authority Term Dates.
Payment of Fees
All fees must be paid in advance. The nursery fees are based on 12 equal payments of a 51 week year.
The pre-school fees are charged per half term. (monthly payments accepted by request)
An administration fee of £25.00 is required upon registration.
Fees and Charges Toddler & Pre-school Room for 2012
£100.00 deposit to be paid when applying/booking a place in advance (This will be refunded after 3 months if there has been no decrease in the amount of attended hours)
Children aged 18 months – 3 years old
8-6pm £40.00 including meals
8-1pm £24.00 including meals
1-6pm £22.00 including meals
Children aged 3 years to school age
8-6pm £35.00
8-1pm £18.00
1-6pm £16.00
Meals are charged in addition at a cost of £3.00 per day discounted meal deal for children staying 8-6pm
Otherwise £2.00 for hot 2 course lunch at mid-day and/or £1.50 for sandwich lunch/tea.

A minimum of 2 half days attendance is required.

(This will be refunded after the first 3 months if there has been no decrease to the number of hours taken )
Babies aged 0-18 months
8-6pm £40.00 including nappies and meals
8-1pm £24.00 including nappies and meals
1-6pm £22.00 including nappies and meals
Extra hours on an ad-hoc basis 0-18 months £6.00
Crèche facilities for non-regular users 0-18months £6.50
Priority will be given to those requiring full-time places.
A minimum of 2 half days attendance is required.
Parents will supply their baby’s choice of tinned milk in a clearly labeled original container.
Parents will supply their baby’s own labeled bottles, which we will use, wash and sterilise as required.
